Emergency or Same Day?

For Emergency or Same Day Appointments please call the clinic directly.

Patient Arrival Policy

Please give us a call if you are running late or need to reschedule your appointment:

Please arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment time, this is to ensure we are able to update your information if needed.

All patients must be on a leash or in a carrier upon arrival.

Safety & Health Protocols

Aggressive Pets

If your pet is aggressive and/or reactive to other animals or people please let us know in advance. Some steps may be taken in order to ensure the safety of both patients and clients.

Contagious Diseases

If you believe your pet may have a contagious condition please notify our staff when booking so we may prepare and lessen the risk of exposure to other patients and clients.

Payment Policy

Payment is required in full when services are rendered.

If you have pet insurance we are able to assist with that as well.

Are you appointment-only?

Yes. We are an appointment-only clinic to keep visits efficient and reduce stress for pets. For same-day needs, please call us to check availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept major credit cards, Interac, and cash (see the payment policy section for details).

Do pets need to be on a leash or in a carrier?

Yes. For everyone’s safety, dogs must be on a leash and cats/small pets should be in a secure carrier when arriving at the clinic.
